NFL Flag Football has been a favorite program ran by Ontario Rec District for years! Boys and girls between Pre-K and 8th grade are welcome to play.

Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, typically at Alameda Park. 

Early registration begins April and goes through May. Regular registration goes from May to June.

Cost is $40 for in district residents and $50 for out of district residents (cost goes up $10 for regular registration)

Games begin in July and finish in early August

Boys and girls grade Pre-K-8th are welcome, children must be at least 4 years old to play

Each player's registration goes towards a reversible NFL jersey and a flag belt to be worn during games.

**Mouth guards are required to be worn by every player.**

Once teams are made and coaches are found, the coach will reach out to you with practice dates and game schedules.
